Pricing

Prices are per month, charged upfront for the full billing period. Add-ons:
  • Extra IPv4 addresses — $1.45 / IP / month, up to 8 extras per VPS.
  • Weekly automatic backups$5 / month per VPS (optional add-on).

Billing cycle

  • Your subscription starts immediately after payment.
  • It renews automatically at the end of each billing period (1, 3, or 6 months).
  • Card payments use Stripe; crypto payments use Cryptomus (manually renewed each cycle).

Invoices

Every payment generates an invoice you can view and download from the Dashboard:
  1. Open Dashboard → Servers and click your VPS.
  2. Open the Invoices section.
  3. Click any invoice to view or download a PDF.

Cancelling

You can cancel your VPS subscription at any time from the Dashboard:

Open the VPS

From Dashboard → Servers, click the VPS you want to cancel.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Confirm

Your VPS remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the machine and all data on it are permanently deleted.
Cancellation is final at the end of the billing period — we cannot recover data from a deleted VPS. Copy out anything you need to keep before the period ends.

Failed renewals

If a card payment fails on renewal:
  1. Stripe automatically retries the charge over a few days.
  2. You’ll get an email each time it fails.
  3. After the retry window ends without a successful payment, the VPS is suspended and then removed.
To avoid this, keep your payment method up to date in Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

Refunds

VPS subscriptions are pre-paid for the chosen period. We don’t issue partial refunds for unused time. If you ran into a problem at checkout (wrong plan, double charge, provisioning failure), contact support within 24 hours and we’ll sort it out manually.
